Donation Favors

Donation Favors

So for my favors I did a donation to pancreatic cancer research. I am however giving each person a small box of chocolate and I would like to attached a little card with something saying that in lieu of favors, a donation was made.

Anyone else doing a donation? Anyone have a cute saying or something?

OH hayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. I'm here.

We did boxes of truffles with a favor tag. The favor tag was tied on to the box with a little loop. In the loop, we inserted a scroll with information about the donation. I put a picture of it below so you can see it.

As far as the donation wording, not sure if you can really use it because it was veryyy specific, but I'll include it anyway.

'A donation has been made to the Cpl Christopher G. Scherer Semper Fi Fund. Chris was a classmate of John and Ashley’s, who, on July 21, 2007, in the province of Al Anbar, Iraq, lost his life serving the Country he loved.

In his honor, his parents started the Cpl Christopher G. Scherer Semper Fi Fund, which sends care packages to troops serving overseas.

May God bless all of the men and women in our Armed Forces and their families.

We are doing a donation as well - FH is a firefighter and he wants to make a donation to the FDNY burn unit. I am also involved in a Lung Cancer Charity (my mom passed from lung cancer a few years ago) so I would love to do both.... not sure how to present it.

how did you get the scroll to stay rolled up and attached to the box?
