i was just going to put a few framed explanations on each table. maybe 2 per table.

Some organizations provide you with a scroll or card that explains the donation made in your guests' honor. You can use them at their place settings. Some people have printed their own and placed them on the tables or in a frame on the table.

we donated to the american diabetes association, and they sent us scrolls, one for each place setting. we just had to roll and wrap them.

we also did the american diabetes associaiton.. but instead of a donation, we brought the red silicone bracelets for each guest.(10 for $10) in the newsletter we included a paragraph about my dad and put the bracelet in there... so that way they had some info bout my wonderful father.. and a take home item.
