donation on back of Menu??

Ok ..so i needed a good idea on how to display my Donation to the lupus foundation so For the Modern bride suggested that being that i'm doing menus to do a double sided menu where the donation saying is on the back of the menu. Would you do something like this . I feel most people won't look on the back or am i just looking too much into it. We may put a little saying on the menu side to assure people will look on the back.

Please give me your opinions or ideas

I think I'm going to do 2 donation cards per table. Nobody reads the back of things anymore!!!

i would do a seperate one..say on a scroll that people open...its such a wonderful thing u r doing id just hate if people didnt realize how generous u and fh are
