Donation Q...

I was originally going to put a scroll at each place setting; but now I am thinking of putting two 5x7 frames on each table with the information on it...
(In lieu of traditional favors....). How do you like this?

They are oblique tables with 12 seats; you still think 1will do? Or should I do one on each end of the table?

our tables are round w/ 10-12 people per table.

if u want to do 2 per table, i think that's perfectly fine!

We are putting 2 8x10 frames where the place cards will be.

I didn't want 8x10 because they are a little large and don't want them to be seen right when you walk into the room. Small is nice. JMO

We're not putting them on the individual tables, just on the place card table since we're going to have about 35 tables it now seems.

I was contemplating the 5X7 if we had less tables.

No we are not stating how much $ we are donating.

I am having a dilemma.

First of all we are donating to two charities. At first we were going to do a scroll for each, now we have decided to do two 5x7 frames on each table with the info (with the help of you guys).

The only problem is we are also giving out bracelets as well (we will put these on the tables). Each charity has a different bracelet.

EACH TABLE SETTING WOUDLD LOOK LIKE:

We are delighted that you are able to join us on this special day. As a sign of our appreciation and in lieu of traditional favors, we have made a donation to the
National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Any other suggestions? How would we explain that the HOPE bracelet is for MS and the RELENTLESS bracelet is for Leukemia?

Sorry if I am confusing.
