donation wording

we are going to be donating to East End hospice instead of doing a donation favor. We used Hospice for the last year and a half of my grandmother's life and I love this organization dearly.

does anyone know any wording that we could use? I woudl like it to include in loving memory of my grandmother if possible

I couldn't get our actual cards to show so i just copied and pasted our wording. We also have graphics on the page and obviously on nice card stock, but couldn't get the picture to show. sorry. HTH

this is what we did -we got little wrist bands and them in organza bags and made the tags on vista print.
