Are any of you girls doing a donation in place of a favor if so are you giving a small token with it or just putting the card on the table.

We're going back and forth on this one.
If we give a small thing, it'll just be chocolate truffles or something like that.
But then we kind of think that we could give the money we'd spend on chocolate to our two charities...
Sorry, I'm not much help, aside from letthing you know what our small token would be.
But if we don't do the chocolates, we'll probably make little scrolls explaining the charities and roll them up...tie 'em with ribbon or slip those little gold rings on them.

I'm Italian, and its tradiiton to give out Jordan Almonds...we may put it in a box and put the donation card with it...

Thats exactly what I am doing... I am getting a card from my charity that I am going to roll up and put either ribbon or a gold ring, undecided.
I was thinking of doing a small candy bar for people on the way out for a favor also... but probably not esp if I keep going over budget

Thanks thats a cute idea. We are throwing around a few ideas We were thinking boxes of hershey hugs nad kisses with a ribbon that says Hugs and Kisses from the New Mr. and Mrs. We thought about truffles in a box with a decorative ribbon. We thought about bookmarks with a nice saying on them and then on the back talking about our donating to a charity. We are struggling with this one.
