that's so crazy, I felt the exact same way earlier today....I didn't feel like going out, but then I felt down just staying in the house...I'm feeling better now though...it was pretty wierd, I had no reason to be depressed..

theres not much to do, i ran around alot today, i picked up 6 family feast dinners from boston market so me and FH could treat everyone to a nice thanksgiving day meal

I made a pudding pie, and now im on my laptop in bed, FH is doing the same thing

LOL yea plus i ran to all the banks to do the deposits for FH, plus i helped him out with a website client, that was fun, Since we are closed thurs and friday, FH had to do all the books and bills today and give everyone their checks
Hes a really good boss

Oh, i also started planning the Office Christmas Party
we got 24 people so far, thats including people with guests

thats how i am all the time.. i dont leave the house.. it's rare that i go out.. the last time i was out was the 08 bridal shower..

yes, i lead an entertaining life of nothingness.

yup.
i've felt that way for a couple of days/weeks now.
it comes and goes.

i know i always get in a weird funk this time of year... the season changes(which is odd b/c i LOVE LOVE LOVE fall) and the time changes which makes it dark earlier which i HATE. holidays stress me out...my birthday stresses me out... and this year the wedding planning and living on our own for the first time for the holidays...

bummed is a good word to use. some days i'd say depressed but most of the time i'm just kinda bummed...

i try to find one thing everyday that makes me really happy no matter how small.
Some days it's a cup of tea with a guilty pleasure talk show, and others like today it's something big like listening to christmas music while putting up our first tree.

talking about it, just saying 'ugh. i'm so bummed/depressed today' seems to help me to.

if you need to chat about stuff we're all here for you.

i'm not gonna get into it but i'm SO with you. i'm sorry you're going through it too...is it not the worst?!

i'm sure w me it has to do w the change in seasons...but realizing that doesn't make it any easier to deal with.

FH told me he was depressed. I think it was bec we didnt spend thanksgiving together and the wedd is getting closer. I felt soo bad when he told me , we spent sat and sun together so we is Ok now. SOrry you are feeling this, hope it goes away soon

im in the same boat. you're not alone. i am always tired, never want to go out anymore and NEVER want to get out of bed. i dont know whats going on. its my fav time of the year. and yet i feel so depressed

just saw this post from the other night... this is how I'm feeling tonight. I got my dress today and I was excited... but I just feel like I'm being rushed. I wish I had more time. And I just feel like every decision I make wedding-wise is the wrong one. I've been planning this day since I could walk and even more so since I started getting serious with my fiance. And now I feel like all the planning and high expectations are going to set me up for disappointment. And it's just for one day! All I want to do right now is elope and go on a honeymoon and not even deal with the big wedding altogether. I know that's not really what I want, but that's what I'm feeling right now. Too many things are upsetting me and stressing me out. I just want to be married to the man I love and not deal with this sht.

Read sugabeans post... Lessons to be learned! Remember we are having a change of season and the early darkness makes a lot of people feel this way. It's not just you, it's a lot of people. Planning a wedding is stressful! I haven't liked the whole thing. I'm sick of seeing vendor after vendor, there are some shady people out there!!!
I just want the day to be here and enjoy it already! Because all this little stuff really doesn't matter!!!
