I am sure your butt is fine. You can do squats to firm it up though.

Re: DON
Grab a pair of dumbbells and step up on a stool that's about 12' tall. Do 3 sets of 12 - 20 on each leg. Do that once or twice a week for a couple of months. That'll work! Or, buy the Firm videos - the ones that use the step up box. They're killer......

Definately squats!
I need to do them, but butt has been kidnapped by gravity, at 33 this is what happens to some

Re: DON
Definitely do what Anniegrl says... it will definitely firm and lift your buns.
I run alot...and I have a good butt (while I'm not to happy about the tummy)...but its not flat at all...not big either...
not sure if its from the running...but it must be...I don't do any type of leg workout...

Re: DON'T LAUGH!
Sit on it for hours at a time. When you get up, walk quickly to another place to sit and then stay there for a few hours as well. At the end of the day make sure you sit (or lay down, if you are really serious about this) when you get home from work. This was my regimen for increasing the size of my butt.
