Thanks. But I think part of the problem was the weather. It was rainy and muggy. We should have hair sprayed it periodically throughout the day like my hairdresser told me but I didn't do anything once I left the hair salon.

My hair was done by about 2:30 and the ceremony started at 5:00. The cocktail hour didn't start until 8:30. It was a long day.

if you hair that is unmanagable or likely to get frizzy i would prob suggest having your hair all up. this way you dont have to worry about that
a friend of mine had a similar problem she has really curly hair and straight and down for her wedding, soon after it was curling and frizzy from the humidity

I'm sure yours will last. It looks like you have great hair. I have very thick hair and it's so frizzy which didn't help. I'm sure that also contributed. What's weird is when I had my hair trial the curls stayed in all day and I had to brush them out like a mad woman.

I had the same situation. My curls from my trial were locked in place. But my stylist didn't use as much hairspray on my wedding day and the curls didn't last through out the evening. Just make sure to mention it to your stylist.

In most pics you see, I have semi-permanent extensions by great lengths, and they hold curl and anything really really well. My own hair doesnt at all. very thin! very straight! and im a little worried about curls staying in the clip ins all night. its kinda inevitable. ive seen pics and most often, theyre pretty straight by nights end.

Your hair trial came out beautiful. If that lasted a while I'm sure you won't have any problems I think because you have a much shorter day than I did.
Worst case scenario and even if your hair comes undone it won't matter, you're still a beautiful girl.

That's why I'm scared to wear my hair half up...unless I have a ton of extensions. My ceremony is at 3 and ch at 7. I think I'm going with an updo. Thanks for the warning.

Let me ask a question that may sound ignorant to some but I'm still pretty new to this site, what doesw the bride of the week mean and how does one achieve that?
