Don't you hate it when...

all you want to do is vent to someone and instead of just listening, they tell you what to do and how to handle the situation and you leave feeling more frustrated than you were to begin with??? sometimes, i just want someone to LISTEN to me...i already know the answer, i just want to GET IT ALL OUT!!!!!!!

OH yes - and when you start to vent the person interupts and says 'I know what you mean - and then goes into a whole friggin story totally un-friggin related to what you were saying!! I hate that!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, my FH is the same way ... he doesn't mean to be like that but he always wants to fix my problems, wants to help me. He always starts with 'You should do XXXXXX, and they say BBBBBBB, and then LLLLLLL' UGH Yeah, easier said than done tough guy! I didn't say 'help me', I said 'Listen to this'

omg, fh does this too! i'll tell him something, he'll interrupt me to tell me what i should have said, that i didn't handle it right, blah blah blah...i'm like 'shut up and let me finish' b/c half the time, i worked it out!
