DONUT ANYONE???....w/pics

I can't stop eating!!!! I know I am getting married in two weeks, .....is this normal??? I've been stressed before, but my eating habits never changed. I am getting worried.

I bought a box of donuts at 7-11 on Monday with intensions of putting them in the break room for my co-workers. Well, I didn't get that far....there in my desk and I can't stop eating them

My goal is to get all DIY projects done this weekend and start back at the gym on Tuesday. I feel like cr***.

Some people starve themselves when nervous/stressed, some people eat. I'm an eater, too. You'll be back at the gym on Tues and everything will be fine!

those donuts are soooo good. I'm eating hershey kisses right now, yes at 10:20 in the morning.

OMG!!! I know what the scene looks like all too much!! I'm good with temptation, until my Dad goes food shopping and fill the kitchen with chocolate donuts!! BUY FRUIT!!!

when I am stressed I usually don't eat, but with five months to the wedding and knowing that i have to fit into my dress, I have been eating A LOT of junk food and coffee with extra sugar and milk!! I think I have gained in the last month about 5 pounds +. The donuts do look very yummy!!

Im in the same boat...one week I have no junk food the next week I seem to just make up for it!!! Its a vicious cycle!
