Oh my, the tasting went so well!! We were able to sample a few choices off the 'carving stations' - I knew the baby lamb chops would be just scrumptuous! We also sampled a few selections from the cocktail hour menu and out of everything we tasted I can honestly say the only thing we weren't thrilled with was the roast turkey - maybe overkill from Thanksgiving? We ended up picking the entire menu last night and when I called FMIL and my sister, they both said I made them so hungry ~ I know my sister was actually impressed with all the food and the selections we made!
I also bought shoes today!!

The sweet & sour chicken and stuffed mushrooms also were quite tasty. I must admit, I am not a big fan of tortellini, but I ate every piece they gave us to sample!!!
