Door Knockers? With Pics of HOuse

My front doors look bland. I need to add some 'curb appeal'
Our flowers are blooming so we have some color, BUT I need something for my front doors.

Any suggestions? My FH suggested Door Knockers...he wants really cool lions or gargoyles. What are your thoughts?

PS this was taken last spring on MLSLI when we bought the house. The grass is now GREEN!!

I have no door knocker suggestions, but oh my goodness, that house is GORGEOUS! Congratulations. What town is it in?

Thanks...we're in Middle Island. It's called The Preserve at Middle Island. We love it because we don't have any backyard neighbors. It's miles of preserve land.

I was going to say to paint the front doors a different color, but im not sure how that would look. I was thinking Red or Blue...Something that would stand out.

painting the shutters and the door will make the house 'pop' nicely

Beautiful home!!!

I would start with painting the door and then maybe the shutters. I would try a cranberry color.

Your house is beautiful I agree with painting I don't think just a knocker will do what you are looking for and I don't think the lions would fit that style house.

But it is BEAUTIFUL!
