Dopey Return Question

What do the stores generally do if you don't have receipts for return gifts?

I have a few things from Old Navy & Victoria's Secret I'd like to exchange, resize, etc., but always feel weird walking in w/ items from their store w/o a receipt.

Also, what price do they give you?

theyusually do not give you a problem espeically after the holidays as long as a tag is on it. you didnt geta gift receipt with any pf the gifts?
they will give you the price that it is as of now... even if it is on sale.

if you don't have a receipt...most stores will give you store credit

ok, gotcha. Well a few gifts were from FH's aunts & I'd feel weird asking them for gift receipts.
