What does a wedding cake from dortonis include without extra add ons? Shape? How many tiers ? Etc

I just went to my tasting at dortonis on Thursday night. When you book your appointment they are going to ask you to choose six different flavors from their menu to taste and when you go in they will bring you out a tray with a vanilla and chocolate cupcake cut in fours and six cups with the fillings you chose. We tasted the cannoli, chocolate cannoli, mocha, whipped cream and strawberries, chocolate pudding and peanut butter. The cannoli and chocolate cannoli were AMAZING. What you get from dortonis is a 4 tier cake and they have about 6 choices of styles for no up charge. The up charges came when we started talking about sugar flowers and fondant. The buttercream cakes are plain but still nice. I didn't find anything I liked and they are willing to work with me if I find pictures on google of buttercream cakes the I like. So we will be going back in a few weeks to pick it out.
