Dortoni's Cake Upgrade

My RH uses Dortoni's for the cakes, and I wanted to do some sampling and see my options for upgrades, has anyone done this with them?? Not sure when I should be doing this....

Great question...i think you can do a sampling you just have to call Doertoni's. I would double check with JT's. That's one of my items on my to-do list.

I am getting married at JT as well. A few months ago I went to Dortoni and they said the upgrade shouldn't be that much. Yea, okay!!!!!

They let you fall in love with the upgrades, and then tell you to have JT call them so they can tell them the price upgrade.

When I went to the guy I work with at JT the situation he laughed and said the cake you want is a 2000.00 upgrade.

I didn't do it...don't upgrade...unless you think you want the main thing to be the cake.

Re: Dortoni's Cake Upgrade

Of the options they gave, I only changed the color and took off the frosting flowers from mine so I guess that's why there was no additional charge...how much of a upgrade are you planning on doing?
