Last night I met with Michelle from Hidden Essence and am in LOVE with her, her energy, her ideas, and her pricing! My flowers are going to be so gorgeous and I can't wait to see them in 14 months!
I also called and requested a contract from Big Hits Entertainment, which was the DJ company that we met with last Saturday. They did not include the plasmas in the pricing, but honestly, we just felt a better connection with the owner. Their reviews are awesome and they only do 90 weddings per year, so they dont churn and burn through like many of the bigger companies.
So excited! Next up, hotel block and STD's!

I have realized that all three that we booked so far - Photo, DJ, and Flowers - are based in the owner's homes. I just really enjoy the more intimate feeling and how you get to know the person a bit more (in my opinion, of course!).

Who did you meet with at Big Hits?? GERRY? That is who we booked with and we felt such a connection with him also. I think we will both be happy

yes! Love Gerry. Last night we were even forming some ideas for our Entrance. He got right on his computer and played with my idea and we were laughing by the end.
Such a genuine guy and a true professional!

Hi... wondering what kind of centerpieces are you going to do low or high?? So far the centerpieces that I want has been quoted at 250.00 and I'm not going to do that to myself...

I am doing a mix of high, medium and low. Her highs come out to like $125 each, and even when I was at another more expensive retail Flower Shop, they were only $175. $250 is nuts! lol

I would keep looking until you find someone that shows you something you love at a reasonable price! I had a great experience with 'With all My Heart' in wading river. I had no idea what I really wanted only the colors and they wereable to do something Also I had a picture of a flower that I didn't even know what it was I just knew I wanted it for my bouquet and they came up with some exellent ideas!! That is my flower!!!
