DOUBLE COUPONS????

if it says up to a dollar, does that mean if you have a 1.00 off coupon that makes it 2.00? or not?

Yes, i go to stop and shop and they double up to and including $1. Depending on how the stores program their cash registers, if you buy an item for $1.99, use a $1 off coupon that doubles to $2, you earn a penny on the deal. But lately I've seen the registers programmed to be smart and they'll only take off the $1.99. Whatever the case, its a win win situation!
