Down 17lbs!!!

My pants are all getting baggy!! YAAY!! although what i wouldnt give for a big bowl of rigatoni alavodka!!!

you know though i dont really see it.. some people have commented that they notice a big change but i dont yet!

I guess after the next 20 or 30 i better see a change! but i am using all different scales.. i need to go get my own..

I have been eating no JUNK at all through the day.. just cereal for breakfast and sometimes i dont eat lunch.. no carbinated soda only water and ice tea and i dont snack,. most nights i only have salad.. i stopped eating beef.. and i have fruit when i want..
