down the aisle

i have to figure out by thurs if Im having the bm walk down by themselves and the gm be waiting already or have the bm and gm walk together. we have 8 and 8 so its even.
what do you think?

I think they should walk down together! I think it would be cute for everyone to be paired up and walk down together.

I like when the girls walk down by themselves and then when the BM and GM walk back together. That way you have 2 different photo ops LOL

We had both the guys and girls walk down together except for the MOH who walked down alone, and the BM who was at the alter with DH already. No reason, just my personal preference.

We are having the groomsmen waiting at the alter just like fh is, and having the bm's walk up the aisle alone just like I am. Then after we are married.. since fh and i then walk down together so will the bridal party. i like the significance that the gm;s are with fh and the bm's are with me, and walking together at the end, after being married signifies ' being together( marriage)'

I think this way is more traditional but I think you should do whatever YOU want.

i always liked it with the BMs alone... like the bride.. she's not with her man yet either ;) and then together at the end! plus, the men can take of ushering and stuff and not have to worry about not ushering people down because they're waiting with the girls....
