Can you put less than 20% down when buying a co-op?? Anyone have any ideas??

All coops are owned by corporations, and all corporations have their own bylaws. So coops are able to set in their bylaws whatever they want to be the minimum down payment. Can there be a coop with a minimum down payment of less than 20%? Yes. Are there? Rarely.
