I bought an elastice one from ebay(take a look at the ebay thread on the 04 board) and it is great. I tried it on and LOVED it. 4 hoop super full. When I was bidding the ladies on here said that drawstring is horrible.

Re: Drawstring or elastic waist crinolines???
I don't know if it's better or worse, but I bought an adjustable elastic waist crinoline on ebay, and it fits both me and my sister. We were playing around with it when it came in, and we both tried it on. I'm about a size 20, and she's about a size 0, so I think that's pretty good It really fits a huge variety of sizes.

I don't know, but the one with crinoline has a layer of crinoline over the hoops so you don't see the hoops through the skirt of your dress. Maybe the other one doesn't. Not sure.
