If you don't mind driving a little farther east, try Fantasia Bridal in Rockey Point. They have a really nice selection

Commack Wedding Center. Judy helped me and was so nice and not pushy.

Re: Dress

I tried over 60 gowns and finally went to The Wedding Salon in Manhasset - found my dress immediately - gorgous stuff.

Ask for Noreen - she is so helpful and even came in on her day off a few times to help me out!

The sale's women at the Bridal Suite in Bayshore were great! They are not pushy and will help you find the perfect dress to fit you $$$ and body. Definitely check them out. They're on Main St.

Re: Dress

Try the bridal building in NY - The prices are AMAZING - I found a Maggie for 1/2 the price of the boutiques. ($800 w/o alterations)

The Bridal Building
1385 Broadway
New York, New York 10018

(212) 764-5769

It's open to the public on Saturdays. Monday-Friday is by appointment only.

If you fill out the form on the website before you go, you can skip the video they try and make you watch.

My only suggestion is go early - it gets pretty crowded

Re: Dress

I have to say that Estelle's came through for my sister's wedding. So beautiful. Right off the rack didn't need alterations. (First Three pics of me) DOn't know about teh bridal selection. I didn't even go pick the dress out. my sister just grabbed it in my size.

I recently went to Macys bridal in Manhasset and I found something OK for $1,500. It gave me a JLo booty though LOL.(Third pic) I don't know if I'm going with it. It's the first thing I've tried on.

I was really there to take measurements for a BM dress Love the BM dress!!! Fit perfectly. No need to fix anything. (Fourth pic)

OK only one pic came through. I put them on my album

Re: Dress

I got my gown at Lillette's in Baldwin.. if you do go there you'd have to ask about rushing the order.

I'd try a place where you can buy off the rack at this point or that they can definitley get it to you in time.

I got mine at the Bridal Suite of Huntington. Aida is great. Ask for her. Kind, sweet and great ideas. Good Luck

Re: Dress

I went to Paradise Bridal in Patchogue. I got my dress 11 weeks before my wedding and they got it in time and the salespeople and alteration girls were excellent. I also got my tuxs and MOB dress there. You get 10% off if you get the bridal dress there. They also had a very large selection.
