Here is the dress on the model.......may be able to see it better.........
I have the option of leaving the lace on and adding a belt (if I want to).....would this belt be too much??

the dress & belt look beautiful. i think you should have it sewn onto the dress in the front but have it still tie in the back.

I think maybe have it sewn on to the dress hold it in place but still keep it to have the look of a belt

I didn't think I'd like the belt on the dress, but it looks great!!! I'd leave the lace, too!
