dress appointment question

Hey Girls,
My roommate (BM) is coming up to visit me. we are going dress shopping for the first time! (for my dress and also to get an idea of bm dresses). How long about did it take you girls to look around/try on?

Did anyone do more than one place or is one place enough in one day?

I did 2 places in 1 day

We were at the first place for about 40 minutes.. they didn't have as many options as I would have liked. Then we had lunch. The we went to place #2 that had a lot of options, but still not what I was looking for... because they had so much of not exactly what I wanted, I wound up being there for a LOOOOONG time trying on like, everything, so I was there for over 2 hours.

2 places is doable, but I wouldn't do more than that unless 1 place is really quick.

Trying on the dresses was tiring. Bring some water and maybe a granola bar or something with you. Take a break in between appointments to clear your head. And have fun!

I only went to 1 place.. but thats only because I found 'the dress' and I was there about 2 hours.

but I had planned on going to 2 stores in 1 day.

And bring hair ties so you can see what it would look like with your hair up

So much fun! I did 2 places a day. But if I was too quick, I'd go home and wish I had booked a third.
But if I was at the two for a couple hours, like 3, then that was enough.
