I am interested in selling my dress after I have it cleaned. Is there anything special I need to tell the cleaner so that the dress may be worn? I have been told that there are certain preservatives used in dresses that make it unwearable. Any advice on where to try to sell the dress as well is appreciated. I am thinking about ebay or Amazon auctions.
and boy are you cowards, can't even put your names down...

Dress Cleaning
I'm not sure - but am interested in hearing what you find.
I know there is a place in the city that sells used gowns and gives the proceeds to charity. If you donate your gown, you get a tax write off. Something I am considering doing....I think its called the bridal garden (?)
My wedding was this past March adn I still haven't done anything with it (sooo bad!) Life is just whizzing by! I'm not opting to save it b/c I'm not sure if we can have kids...so the idea of saving it for a daugther to wear - one that I may never have - is just too depressing. Besides, we don't own a house and its just too much to save.....
