I ordered my dress (Maggie Sottero Grace) in Diamond White over Diamond White. I was never told when I placed the order than it came in diamond white over light gold!
I am now considering switching it to the light gold color.
These are pics of different girls off of the Knot.com (I don't have any of myself in it). The first and third pics are diamond white and the second and fourth is the diamond white over light gold....
but from what i have heard maggie dresses have been taking a long time to come in... so it may be too late for them to switch the order, but it doesnt hurt to ask!

It's really too bad that they didn't tell you. The light gold is soo beautiful, I would def. press the store about it. GOOD LUCK!

I actually like it better with the white on white...but that is just my opinion. I do not know what color your girls are in but when I was trying on wedding dress with the champagne color it next to my red bridesmaid dresses it make the champagne look brown so I was happy I ordered the diamond white. I would try matching your colors together because you maybe happier with the white..

Personally I like the White one better. I mean you can see the lace better in the gold. But I am all for white dresses.
this is your wedding day, you should have what you want. Call the bridal salon and ask, beg, whatever.

I like the white Bridetobe1105. The lace seems more subtle.

i really think it would have to depend on your skin tone...
some white dresses look gorgeous on some, more ivory dresses on others--- it's really a personal choice.
