Ughh.. is this normal?? everytime I see shows or pictures of other wedding gowns, I think to myself, maybe I shouldve waited longer and then ordered it... but its too late, and my dress is in.
I love love the dress on the model, then I see myself in it and I feel ugly in it sometimes.. UGGGGGGGGH.. maybe its bc im feeling sick and its that time of the month lol do any of you girls have this feeling?
Don't doubt your dress, you picked it for a reason and I remember when you first ordered it how excited you were!! It is beautiful, the top is stunning on that dress. Go try it on now that it is here so you can remember the feeling when you had it on!

OK first of all that is one of THE MOST BEAUTIFUL gowns I've ever seen!!!!!!
Second... Yes, I felt that way about my dress all the time. Even during my fittings I still felt that way and not in love with my dress... I'm guessing it was b/c all the drama that went on w/ my dress. But I think we put way to much pressure on finding 'the one' that we start to second guess the dress we fell in love with in the 1st place.
Its natural.... and you will look STUNNING!

Thank you ladies... I did try on the dress.. when I tried it on, I was like wow its really nice, however I see myself in pics and I dont like it... thats what bugs me... I feel like I need to be tanner, skinnier.. maybe thats why? Like I compare myself to the model who is actually wearing it and I get so mad lol. I really dont want to sound like those girls who complain about their weight, and everythign about their body... im just venting I guess.. Im sorry.
and another thing... I was thinking... the bottom is satin with 2 layers of layered tulle and flowers all around the bottom with crystals inside the flowers (which you cant obv see in the pics), and I was thinking, I dont see alot of tulle nowadays, is that tacky? (having tulle) like I feel like its so traditional.. I see all the dresses you ladies have and I dont see alot of tulle dresses and I get even more sad lol I know thats pathetic. Thank you ladies for listening

I think the dress is beautiful... If you are worried about the tulle they can take some layers our but I think it is beautiful as is.

Yes it's normal to feel that way..you'll always compare it to other dresses. therefore, try to stop looking at others and remind yourself of all things you love about the dress.

1st of all ur dress is gorgeous! 2nd, I doubt my dress all the time, I look at the pix of myself in it and feel as if before I thought I looked better and now I see that its not the case - that its 'nothing special'. but then I go back to the 1st time I put it on and how my face lit up, I honestly never seen anything so beautiful as the image staring at me back from the mirror (and this is Im saying w/total humility and being not that of a confident person in my looks). as I think on that time and I know that I made the right choice. u gonna look amazing in it. the tulle I wouldnt worry about what's in and whats out - as long as overall look what u were going for and every element of the dress works - who cares? u gonna look awesome

trust me its normal....i was doubting my dress bc i kept looking online and seeing all these beautiful gowns. then i went and tried on my gown when it came in and i loved it. i told myself i would stop looking at other dresses bc i was just gonna drive myself crazy.

Thank you ladies for knocking some sense into me lol... I was feeling all emotional before, and eating chocolate hahaha. I am sure once all the measurements are done and I have a veil, makeup, hair done and have a nice golden tan, that im sure ill be satisfied lol . You girls are really all so awesome, thank you!

First of all- your dress is FABULOUS (just like you!) and I'm sure you look amazingly gorgeous in it. I think its normal to have doubts. But if the doubts are wayyy too much and very nagging, then maybe rethink the dress. Personally though, I LOVE IT!
