Dress fitting question
I have my dress and shoes but the wedding isn't until October 1.
What month should I schedule my first fitting?

i believe its about 6 weeks before. My wedding is July 15th and the dress shop told me to come in around June 1st

my first fitting is the 16th so for me thats like 2 months before...

I agree with all the other girls approx 2 months before your wedding.

my first fitting is december 11th, so it's 2 months before for me

I just had my first fitting on Saturday. I got my dress from David's Bridal in September and they told me to make my appt for Decemeber, so I did.
I wasn't getting anything major done to my dress though (cups sewn in, hem, bustle)
