Dress for Sale
OK... so I figured it wouldn't hurt to post this...I had replied to a girl's post about the worse dress remorse story ever and it gave me the idea that maybe I should try selling it... here is the story... A few years ago I was trying on BM dresses for a friend's wedding at David's Bridal. While we were waiting to pay I saw an Oleg Cassini dress and instantly fell in love with it... so what did I do? I went back and bought it!!! I wasn't engaged... I don't even think I was seriously dating anyone at the time... but in my mind this dress was perfect and I had to have it! So now hanging in my mother's closet is a never worn or altered Oleg Cassini dress that there is no way in hell I will actually fit in anymore (I bought it a month or two after having surgery to correct my scoliosis so I had lost a ton of weight while in the hospital). The dress is gorgeous but what the heck am I going to do with it?!?! I have no idea what I was thinking...
It is a size 8, never altered, never worn... I'll post some pics... and I wish I could wear it but I know there is no way I will be able to get into it. And I even have the matching purse!!!!
I paid $1200 for it when it first came out but would really only be looking to get $600 for it now.
