dress going to be discontinued!

So shortly after being engaged (1 year ago) of course I browsed the internet looking for dresses I liked I found the perfect dress and pinned it on pintrest. Yesterday I decided to research this dress more because I wanted to try it on along with other dresses in the summer when my family was around,and where I could find ect... only to come to a bunch of websites saying it's going to be discontinued! I called up a bridal salon that carries Maggie Sottero gowns and she confirmed the dress is not going to be able to be ordered anymore starting march 1st! long story short I ended up calling like 30 salons like a phyco lol... to try on this particular dress and nobody has it for me to do so! so one of the salons offered to try on this perla lynnete dress look alike dress that she is going to borrow from another store.... so i wont be able to try on the real one until I buy it and it comes in.... ughh right in the middle of school and I'm trying not to do any wedding stuff until summer :/

* Has anyone bought a dress without trying it on? but has tried on the 'sister' of the dress?

*Has anyone liked a dress and it became discontinued?

but on top of it she said its her trunk show so I'll get a discount :) guess that's lucky.

Someone has to have it to try on...did you call RK bridal in NYC? The dresses are similar but still different, I would need to see the real dress

Also try to call the corporate office maybe that can help you locate one
