Dress help...

Dress help...

I went dress shopping for the first time today, and the first shop I went to had NOTHING for me to even try on that fit what I was looking for (very simple, not strapless). The second only had one that I liked, and now I can't find it online anywhere! It was a Marisa and the style number the shop used was 5412 -- but it seems Marisa dresses really have 3-digit style numbers... any tips as to how I might find a picture of the dress online? You girls are the experts!! Thanks in advace...

Thanks for those... it is one of those things where I feel like I have to find it in a store... I really liked this Marisa one I tried on but I can't find a picture of it or its real style number!! Making me nuts...

Simple is definitely hard to find... I can't believe a shop actually told me they had nothing for me!

also know that almost EVERY dress can be made with or with our straps.. i was going to find a dress that i liked if it was strapless and have them put somekind of strap on it since now a days everything is strapless

Thanks... it's not one of those either though... the hunt for the mysterious dress... it was v-neck, trumpet sort of skirt, buttons down the back, but the v dipped low and had gathering on it -- there is one on her site that is the same back... but the front is different...

Yeah, they told me this too. Unfortunately the two places i went didn't even have plain strapless dresses! I am seriously the anti bride who dreaded going dress shopping, so this was a discouraging first day out...

This is pretty... but the one I am looking for has NO beading on it at all...

I appreciate all of the help! But it may be a lost cause... I will just go back there I guess if I don't find any others!

Just so you know, Marisa doesnt post pictures of their dresses online until the dress has been out for 2 years. They do this so no one will copy their dresses. I ordered a new Marisa dress and ran into the same problemf that's when I called them. And Yes Marisa style #'s are 3 not 4. Sometimes the dress store changes the numbers which they shouldnt.
