Dress Opinions Please

#1 is the Monique Lhuillier combo I've always loved FOREVER....I tried it on a month ago in a blur of too many gowns, so this needs a second try on..(minus the green sash, and no that pic is not me LOL I got it on ebay).

#2 is the Melissa Sweet Lia....I do love a mermaid! The shape works well on my frame, I just worry it's not going to be 'enough'?? I'm worried I'll regret not getting a ballgown-HELP!!

#3 is a back view of the Melissa Sweet gown

I'm going to Wedding Salon Thursday night so I'll keep you posted, in the meantime, your opinion counts!!

I love the first one! I almost went with a mermaid or trumpet style but I didn't feel 'bride enough' so I went with the 'bigger' dress. Although the second one is gorgeous too if you feel like that now when you put them on you will probably feel more like a bride in the poofier gowns!! :) Good luck Thurs.!

I love #2!!!!!!!!!!! They are both beautiful but I like the mermaid style the best!

I like both of them but they are totally different!! lol. I really really wanted a ballgown but I am only 4 '11 and they overwhelmed me! So then I had my mind set on a mermaid and still so long that I would have to cut the whole 'tail' so it wouldnt look like a mermaid gown anymore I finally tried on a dropped waist trumpet gown that had a full tulle skirt, so it was like getting a ball gown and mermaid in one! I totally felt like a princess in it!

I LOVE Melissa Sweet LIA. Marisa makes the exact same one- same material and everything. My friend wore the Marisa version. It's gorgeous. Her wedding album is in my album if you want to see her dress.
