Dress preservation

Dress preservation

I originally wasn't planning on getting my dress preserved because I thought what do I need this big box taking up space for. Now I realize that my dress hanging in my closet is taking up more space then it would preserved.

I went to the dry cleaner by my house and she quoted me $200. Just wondering if anyone knows of anything cheaper or a better option then the cleaners.

Thanks ladies!

I'd love to know the answer to this as well! A few brides suggested the David's Bridal kit, but I'm not in love with the idea.

There is a dry cleaner on Lawson Blvd in Oceanside that charges around $125-$150.

I did it myself. I got an archival box from the Container Store for about $40.
I got the large (my dress wasn't poofy).

They also have an under the bed box.

I just spot cleaned the hem a little.
