How much did you pay to have your dress cleaned and preserved??
A friend of mine owns a dry cleaner and he is charging me 250. Is this the going rate?? Thanks.

I sent mine to WedClean and I think it was $190 for my dress and veil and that's with the maximum amount of insurance they offer on the dress, so I think it was a really good price . They send you the box and packing materials and all you have to do is drop it off at a UPS store or schedule a UPS pick-up at your house

I'm taking mine to the dry cleaners who alterered my DH's suit for the wedding.
they charge $150 and even let you inspect it after it is cleaned and before it is preserved.

I work at w57th Street in the city and the cleaners there want to charge me $450 for my gown and veil and I am thinking that is way too much. So I am still looking at other places.
