I wouldn't stress that much yet! You still have 5 and 1/2 months to lose. Don't worry, just get your mind focused to eating right and doing exercise. You can definitely lose 15 pounds in 5 months, if not more!! Cheer up! You can do this!!

Can they let the dress out?
Mine came in too small too (idiots at the bridal store) and they had to let it out 2 inches...I would see how much they can let it out first

I wouldn't freak out just yet. You still have plenty of time to lose the weight. And I'm sure they can let the dress out a little. It should all work out.

You can do 10 or 15 pounds in 5 months! Im also an October bride and I started my diet about 3 weeks ago and I've already lost 7lbs. You just have to be very strict with yourself! You can do it!!! We all know you can!

don't worry - it will all work out! focus on being healthy, not starving yourself, make sure you get plenty of water every day and try to do something physical every day, whether it's the gym, a long walk, bike ride, etc. this is the best time of year to lose weight because there are lots of good fruits and veggies coming into season!

if you lose the weight slowly you will have a much better chance of keeping it off and staying consistent for the wedding. good luck!!

don't worry....

you have over 5 months to lose 10-15 pounds.

if you focus on dieting and exercising, you'll drop the weight in no time, probably more.

they always can alter the dress for you as a last resort.

you don't really need to diet as long as you get to the gym .. i highly recomend an advanced step or hip hop class .. and just cut down on ur sweets a little bit.. other then that dont worry about it too much!! ur getting married eat watever u want! ur celebrating so its allowed!

You really do have plenty of time to lose weight... I mean 10-15lbs in 5 months is only like 2-3lbs a month... totally do-able!

You can defintely do it. I want to lose 50 lbs in 5 months. I know if I do low carb and w/o like crazy, I can do it. But haven't really started either one yet, but plan to start on Monday. We can both do it. Like I told my sister yesterday, it's all about choices, choose to go workout, no need to join a gym, just step outside your front door and RUN!!! Also a great book is Chiken soup for the dieters soul. I am reading it now, I love it, very inspiring. Good Luck with your journey, there are plenty of workout and dieting journals on this board. I have a w/o journal, portjeff bride has one she does daily. We can each help one another out. You can do it!

Join self .com with the other girls that have on this site. I am trying to lose 25 lbs before my wedding, and I joined , and it helps me stay exercising, they have a workout log, so you can actually see how much you have exercised and how many calories you have burned, and it is free. They also have food ideas on there, I think the breakfast one look yummy! Anyway good luck trying to lose weight, and just don't get discouraged, you have alot of time still!
