Nope and if it does, it wouldnt be anymore than your boobs would change the shape.

It doesn't change the shape, but it does make it smoother so that there ar no wierd puckers in the material.

I had my first fitting last night and the seamstress thought that I was going to need to use 2 pairs of cups - how mortifying!!
