Dress question

Sorry in advance its a bit lengthy!

Ok so in feb I made and appointment for April to go to kliendfields. This was my only real break I have btwn school and work. a few weeks ago I saw a dress that I thought I might like and went to adreinnes to try it on. Its the first and only wedding gown I have tried on! I fell in love with it!!! Without hesitation I bought it. Who knew it was going to be love at first try on!!!!
Anyway here's the issue....I originally wanted to keep the kliendfields appointment to have fun and try on dresses...you only do this once and I felt like I should take advantage, again i have only tried on one dress.
Now Im nervous I might actually like something I try on (my FH has put this thought in my head)!!!! Im not really into wedding dresses I never really see anything I like when I go thru magazines or the internet so maybe it wont really be a problem right?
What would you do????

Maybe im trying too hard to keep this appointment for no reason? lol

Re: Dress question

I would cancel the appointment. You don't want to second guess your 'love.' I would also do it in fairness to other girls who might need your appointment slot or who would otherwise be ignored if you had the staff running around so you could have fun although you weren't going to buy anything.

I wouldn't go because you're just going to put doubts in your mind. If you're truly 100% happy with your gown and you feel it is 'the one' and you trust that you made the right choice then you won't want to try on anything else but that one

Don't give yourself the unecessary aggravation. If you love your dress stick with it be thankful you don't have to look around. Besides its not fair to the ladies who could have had the appt or to the ladies working there if you have no intention of buying a dress from them. Also you will put more stress on yourself if you find something better and can't get your money back.

Well if you're going to cancel Kleinfelds then do it well in advance because they'll charge you 50 dollars for not showing up. Well i think it's up to 24 hours to cancel without getting charged. I know you have plenty of time.
But in my experience, I went dress shopping a lot. I always found dresses that I came close to buying. And each time i went to a different place I always found something I liked better. I thought I found the one like 5 times. So in a way i did confuse myself. But things did work out for me because i was never 100% in love with a dress until the last time I went dress shopping. When I put on 'my' dress I just knew it. So, if you absolutely love a dress just get it.

I would cancel the appointment. You could end up finding another dress and being stuck with 2. I noticed that sometimes it is not easy to sell the dress either. You can end up losing a lot of money.

no more dress appointments for you! Listen to what people are saying on here. If you keep looking you might change your mind and then your stuck. it keeps happening over and over from what i have read from other poeple. I didn't look at another wedding dress until my first fitting nad even then i was so happy i picked mine but i tried on TONS of dresses before making a decision.

If you already have your dress, I would't go. You don't what to have an issue on your hands if you find something else. If you want to go look at accessories, then go, but I wouldn't try on any dresses. I haven't tried any other dresses since I brought mine in November. I haven't wanted too, but I also don't want to risk it.

I agree a million percent! If you really want to have fun and go try on dresses again, wait until after you're married and go without your wedding band!
