dress question..

ok if u were going to wear a liitle black dress would u wear no stockings,black or nude...my whole family has a different view..its 4 my engagement party on sat and if i could ever figure out how to post a pic i would lol but its basically a tank black dress with a little ruffle to it(im making it sound like a pirate shirt but i promise its cute )lol..thanks girls

I usually don't wear them, but i do think that nude is sexier than wearing the black stockings.

Once the Fall rolls around, I think it's suitable to wear stockings. I would wear NUDE. I never wear black with a black dress.

I am with you on that. Some people hate nude stockings, but I get the reallllly sheer ones and you can barely tell I am wearing them. They actually make my legs look so nice and smooth.

Here's my opinion and I dress very Ann Taylor meets Express meets Banana Republic, haha:

If I'm wearing black heels like pumps with a dress like that: I'd wear nude/tan (depending how dark your skin is - try to match w/ your skin)

If I'm wearing tall boots with heels or flat, yet tall boots in black, I'd wear black stockings so that it blends better.

My opinion is that nude stockings went out in the 80s with the big hair......put some self tanner on and go bare.....

NO stockings, i never wear them.

For an event like this you can wear a dress with no stockings, its fine no matter what time of year.

I am not a fan of stockings. But I think it matters what kind of shoes you are wearing. If it is any type of open toe shoe, definately no stockings. But if you want to wear stockings, I would say nude.
