dress regret

What should you do if your second guessing your dress choice but don't think you can change it even if you wanted to?

Pay your dress a visit- try it on again and hope that you fall in love with it all over again-and stop looking! Is it too late for you to put your DP toward a different dress?

Why do you think you regret it? Price, style..etc. I freaked when i got home about how much i spent on mine, especially since i put 1/2 down! I expected to spend in total what i paid for half. My anxiety went away when i glanced at the receipt and it said NO REFUNDS. LOL
Sincei have decided not to really look at dresses and think of myself. I got other things to keep my mind busy

Re: dress regret

The style is freaking me out a little I wanted something w a sleeve and I got off the shoulder w/no sleeve. My mom and the lady in the dress store convinced me I looked better in this style. Athough overall it was the 'look' i was looking for. It is too late to get a refund. I will have stopped looking in the magazines, otherwise i would be second guessing all the time, maybe i'll try it on again soon. Overall it did look nice on me. Thanks for your suggestions.

Yes then stop looking!! My friend who just got married freaked out every time i showed her a gown i was looking at for my wedding. She was a nut, which is why i don't look.
GOOD LUCK I am sure you will look beautiful.

The dress wouldn't look right with a sleeve.

Re: dress regret

I might have a similar problem, sort of. I have lost about 25 pounds since I bought my dress, and I hope to lose more. It's for me, not for the wedding. If my dress gets too big they may not be able to take it in. I hope I can exchange it for a smaller size. If not, FH is so sweet... he said he would pay for a new dress for me because it would be so wonderful that I have lost that much weight that this should be a problem. (Mush, mush).

We can always try to sell off the big one if David's won't exchange for me.
