i've used rent the runway in the past, love it they even send you two sizes so you udont have to worry about it being too small/big
I was browsing through older posts and one came up with the bride got her dress from the lighthouse mission. It's a place where bridal salons and brides donate their dresses and they resell it for really cheap. They are either gently used or brand new. It's called Unique Boutique. If she can't find one to rent, I know that David's Bridal has very inexpensive dresses. Even dept. stores. I once found a beautiful ivory dress in Macys for about $150.
I looked into this and couldnt find anything. I dont believe Rent the Runway has weddings dresses. Try sample sales and David's Bridal.
