does anyone know a reputable place where i can have a wedding dress restored? i am planning to wear my moms dress but it needs some work since the fabric has started to yellow over time and i'd like to make some changes to it to make it my own. if anyone knows of a good place for this please let me know!

Im taking my mom's dress to solo tu. I hear really good things about them. Im not sure about restoring color but I want them to make a cocktail dress out of my moms using many parts of her dress.
