Ok so I love my cousin dearly but shes not the most savvy girl and just posted on Facebook (not telling me before of course) that the bridal shop in NC she ordered her dress from went out of business without notice. I'm freaking out enough as it is and now this? I know people have posted about how you should handle this before but if someone could post this info again I would appreciate it.

The shop I ordered my gown from closed suddenly a few months ago, so I understand your stress!
Try contacting the local Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. They may have contact information for the owner.
Do you know if her dress was already delivered to the store. If not, try calling the designer. They may be able to arrange direct delivery.
