Lee, the Commack Wedding Center has the biggest selection of gowns that I have seen. I wouldn't order from them, have heard many horror stories, but it is a great place to start looking, and they dont remove the tags on the dresses as other places do. Then, you can find the dress you like, and actually know the maker and style number.
Live-in relationships are definately included. We're including anyone that has been a part of the person's life for enough time that others in the family are aware of the relationship. In other words, if I know their name then they are on the list.

I'm getting my dress from the Bridal Suite in Patchogue, too. They have a good variety of dresses and prices and I found the staff to be pretty helpful. A friend of mine recommended the place after getting her gown and all her bridesmaid dresses there. She was really happy with them.
i have the same situation...originally she really wanted to wear a tux like the rest of the guys, but after calling many tux places, the all said that they didn't carry women's tuxes for social occasions. luckily she bought a black silk suit (jacket and long skirt) and said she is going to go with the guys and try to get a matching shirt (in a boys size if its just too big) and vest. i basically told her i wanted her to be comfy and she said that she didn't want to look to manish or detract from the rest of the guys... so i think what she chose is a good choice. if you need more advise on this, let me know. good luck and happy planning! -leighann
I think someone else on the board has that date, but I haven't seen them post in this thread. Do we share this date with anyone here?
