Savor the moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what was wrong with me but I didn't savor the moment. I was so into trying to find 'The One' that I didn't take the time to reflect and enjoy my experience. You wait all your life for that feeling of trying on a gown. Take a minute or two and just savor it!!! Good Luck.

Yes, definitely keep an open mind. I thought I knew what style i wanted and brought in pics. But when I tried it on, it was not flattering on me. I ended up getting something pretty different from my original plan, but I love it!!

That's Great!!!!!! Have Fun!!! Definitely bring pics if you have any dresses that you are interested in trying on. Just enjoy and of course come back and tell us all about it.

enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
i just went with my sister, mom, grandmom, and godmother---i printed up t-shirts for all of us to wear that day--it was a hoot.
if you can, there's a great selection at macys/herald square bridal dept--its all demetrios dresses...they were strict about no picture-taking, though....be sure to have your notebook so someone can take copious notes on what looks good. Also, pick a bunch of different styles, then ask your bridal expert for a couple of her picks---hey, this is her job, so she'll know what will look good.
i had a blast! And i found my dress--woot!!!
good luck!
