Every place is different for everyone. I had a horrible experience at the Massapequa place. Had a great one at Macys, Bridal salon of bayshore, Flowerama (place in Queens), Davids was great (but totally disorganized), Lestans was good, at RK Olga was a sweetheart. It all comes down to where you find your dress.

Dress shopping was great-Paradise Bridal has a great selection-But I would NOT NOT NOT recommend them for alterations or anything after ordering.
