It is quite exciting! I went just a few weeks after getting engaged b/c i'm an impatient a$$, and it was a great time. Good Luck and hopefully you will find THE one... where you looking?

Which shop are you going to?
Bring a camera and take pics. The pics won't look as good as in person but it will help you remember what it looks like.

you're gonna have a ball!! that has been the most fin wedding-related thing i've done so far. although i haven't really done all that much yet. oh well, it was still lots of fun

This is very true. Try on TONS AND TONS of dresses even ones that you never thought you would like or you dont like on the hanger bc you might put it on and just LOVE LOVE LOVE it
