Love love love Village Bridal. They were the first place I went to and they SPOILED me. They let me try on tons of dresses (taking about 2 hrs. total), they tolerated the 4357343 people I had with me (including a hyper active flower girl), they always warned me if something I pulled was not in my budget, they pulled dresses that they thought I would look nice in, they let me take pictures, they sent me a coupon for 10% off my dress, and they were just SO nice.
Unfortunately, they don't carry the designer I decided on so I was unable to purchase from them.

I bought my dress at Princess Bridal ... they were the nicest people and helped a lot ... HOWEVER after they got my money, they became very nasty people.
I ordered my gown, veil and headband that day ... i recently called back to cancel the veil and headband because FH's grandmother is donating hers to me and the guy was SO nasty about it ... he said to me 'well lets hope she doesn't find her gown as well or you'll cancel that too!' ... then he said 'and how come nobody knew this until today?!' ... nasty nasty nasty people!
do not go to princess bridals!

Centereach.
They are very great to work with...my sister bought her dress there and we got BM dresses there....my Best Friend got her dress there and our BM dresses...the only reason I didnt was because they didnt have the dress I wanted to get..they said that they would order it but I decided to go with Paradise Bridal...who i reccommend as well....loved my experience there , i live like 10 min away and they were cheaper than Centereach.

I had a great experience at Bridal Reflections in Massepequa. I worked wtih Mary Lou and she's a doll. She actually helped me to save money! I was going to change the back of my dress cause I wasn't that crazy about it and that would have cost me an extra 400 for that change. She told me to cut a piece and sew another piece on top and it looked so much better. I love it now. I would have never thought to do what she recommended on my own. I hope you have a great experience wherever you go.

eek... village bridal....not a fan,,,,
they were supposed to order my dress and they basicly - callend me to tell me that the color was not availalbe _ i wanted ivory so i called themback and told them not to order it and they ordered it anyway.....ughhh
I ended up going to bridal suite of bayshore...great expierince.,
