So I have made two appointments so far to start dress shopping in October while I am on vacation from work. I am very excited. Need help from you ladies-can you give me some recommendations for places in Queens or Manhattan? The two I booked so far are Macy's Herald Square & David's Bridal. Plan on going to RK Bridal but they don't make appointments. Thanks in advance.

Alexandra Boutique in Forest Hills on Austin st. They have a great selection of gowns there.

I liked Charisol Bridal in Flushing. It was a smaller shop, but they were so nice there and they had a pretty good selection. I actually found the one there so maybe I'm biased.
ETA: I didn't end up purchasing there, but that wasn't because of anything negative that Charisol did. I just wasn't planning to purchase that day.
