When you went dress shopping, did you go to more than one place in a day?
I was thinking of going for the first time on Tuesday. I don’t want to spend too many days off looking for dresses so is it bad to go to two places in one day? I was going to go to David’s and then Bridal Reflections in Carle Place since they’re so close, but am I going to be sick of looking at dresses after I go to one place?
Also how long did you spend trying on dresses?
ETA: How are the prices at Bridal Reflections? I'm trying to squeeze as many questions as possible in to this post.
AHHH I'm nervous!

Re: Dress shopping?
I went to several places in one day and spent up to an hour at each place depending on how many dresses they had that I liked. Have fun, dress shopping is sooo much fun.

Re: Dress shopping?
Too many places in 1 day can be overhwelming depending on how many gowns you try on at each... You also dont want to cloud your mind with 1000 dresses... chances are you wont even be able to remember half of them after
on your first outting, try everything and narrow down the style that seems to suit you best... and have fu with it the first time you go! its very exciting, but ive found the thrill wears off... now im just like okay throw it on me, lemme take a pic, and lets move onto the next one..

i did 2 in one day. My opinion is not to do anymore than that. I was actually exhausted after trying on dresses.

I only went to one place and found my dream dress there. I was there for about 2 hours and tried on a dozen dresses. It was exhausting so my opinion is don't try to go to do too much in one day.

I believe the Bridal Reflections in Carle Place starts their dress prices at $2,000. The one in Massapequa starts at $1000 or $1500 cant remember.

Ooooh boy really glad I didn't call them today. Def WAY out of budget. I want to spend like $2500 at the most!
They need some sort of book that has average prices of dress shops.
